• Lead the pediatric intensive care unit, managing critically ill and ventilated children with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Participate in the medical on-call duty roster.
• Contribute to outpatient specialized clinics and quality management initiatives.
• Mentor junior medical staff and support their professional growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Board certification in Pediatrics with experience in pediatric intensive care medicine.
• Interest or additional qualifications in neuropediatrics are advantageous.
• Expertise in caring for ventilated pediatric patients.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a self-reliant work ethic.
• Proficiency in German at a professional level (C1 or above).
