• Providing expert genetic counseling to patients with diverse backgrounds
• Advising on advanced diagnostic procedures and interpreting complex genetic data
• Reviewing and authorizing genetic test results ensuring the highest quality standards
• Supervising and mentoring medical trainees and managing team responsibilities
• Leading the development and implementation of innovative diagnostic approaches in collaboration with the team
• Organizing in-house training sessions and designing continuing education programs in human genetics
• Contributing to scientific publications and representing the center at national and international conferences

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified specialist in human genetics (m/w/d) with a doctoral degree
• Profound expertise in molecular diagnostics and a strong interest in novel diagnostic technologies
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Enthusiasm for leadership roles and advancing clinical genetics practices
