Your responsibilities:

• Conducting individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs
• Performing crisis intervention consultations to support patients in acute distress
• Managing and supervising specialized therapeutic groups to foster recovery
• Facilitating intervision meetings within small teams to enhance clinical practice

Your profile:

• Medical licensure and specialist qualification as Consultant Physician in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or equivalent in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Strong service orientation with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High personal commitment combined with teamwork and interpersonal skills
