We are seeking a dedicated Lead Senior Physician (m/w/d) specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine to join a well-established hospital in the Greater Thuringia region. This permanent position involves a direct employment contract with the hospital. YOUR PROFILE:

• Valid medical license (Approbation) in Germany
• Board-certified specialist in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine
• Preferably experienced in neuropediatrics
• Strong motivation, commitment, and compassionate approach toward young patients and their families
• Enjoyment in interdisciplinary teamwork within a motivated clinical environment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading the social pediatric care and treatment of children and adolescents, including comprehensive evaluation and management within an interdisciplinary team
• Collaborating closely with multiple medical specialties and departments to ensure holistic patient care
• Providing expert guidance and mentoring to junior medical staff and contributing to the clinical development of the pediatric department
• Participating actively in quality assurance and the development of new therapeutic pathways in social pediatrics
