We are seeking an experienced Senior Physician (Oberarzt) specializing in vascular surgery for a well-established hospital northwest of Kaiserslautern. This full-time position offers a direct employment contract with the healthcare institution. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and managing the daily operations of the vascular surgery ward
• Providing both conservative and surgical care to patients with vascular conditions
• Actively contributing to the professional development and training of the department’s staff
• Collaborating closely within a dedicated and motivated multidisciplinary team

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed specialist training in vascular surgery with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience
• Proven track record in a senior physician role or similar leadership position
• Strong commitment to teamwork, personal responsibility, and independent working style
• Engagement in quality assurance initiatives and clinical certification projects
• High communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients
• Enthusiasm for advancing vascular surgery within a specialized hospital environment
