YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Medical validation of laboratory results and consultation with referring physicians
• Participation in on-call and weekend duty rotations
• Coordination and management of laboratory sectors within the matrix structure, focusing on innovation, quality management, and controlling
• Development and revision of informational materials for referring physicians and patients
• Organization and contribution to continuing education events
• Training and mentoring of assistant staff (m/w/d)
• Support in hospital laboratory services

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed medical degree (Humanmedizin)
• Board certification or near completion in Laboratory Medicine
