We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Physician (m/w/d) to join a well-regarded hospital in the Greater Cottbus area. This position offers a direct employment relationship with the hospital. YOUR PROFILE

• Completed medical degree with German medical license (Approbation)
• Valid professional permit and clarified residency status
• Proficient German language skills (minimum level C1)
• Interest in pursuing specialization in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or desire to gain at least one year of experience in psychosomatic care
• Friendly, committed, and team-oriented individual with a holistic approach to bio-psycho-social patient care

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting medical and psychotherapeutic patient admissions, diagnostics, therapy planning, documentation, and discharge management
• Delivering individual and group psychotherapy sessions as a primary therapist under qualified supervision and senior medical guidance
• Engaging with patients and relatives, including family consultations, and collaborating with authorities and complementary institutions
• Participating actively in a cohesive, multidisciplinary team
• Contributing to the development of the department and multimodal therapy concepts by bringing in your own ideas
