We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Consultant to serve as Deputy Head of Dermatology at a well-established hospital in the Thuringia region. YOUR PROFILE

• Possession of a valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Board-certified specialist in Dermatology (m/w/d) with extensive clinical experience
• Ideally, additional qualifications such as Allergology or Venereology
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and hospital committees

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the clinical management of both inpatient and outpatient dermatology services, including conservative and operative treatments
• Deputize for the Head of Dermatology, actively contributing to departmental strategy, quality assurance, and operational management
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of care
• Coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital policies
• Conduct ambulatory patient consultations and perform outpatient dermatological surgeries
• Collaborate closely with other medical specialties and departments to ensure integrated patient care
• Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to research initiatives, and support teaching activities where applicable
