For a well-regarded healthcare center in the Greater Darmstadt region, we are currently seeking a Junior Physician (m/w/d) specializing in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed medical studies and valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Strong interest in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Commitment and willingness to contribute conceptually, for example in establishing modern group therapy concepts and cross-sector care including home treatment
• A humanistic view of patients, respectful interaction with patients and colleagues, and openness to professional development are essential to us

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting diagnoses and treatment of mental health disorders
• Participating in inpatient and outpatient patient care
• Creating and adapting individualized therapy plans
• Documenting treatment progress and preparing medical reports
• Taking part in interdisciplinary case discussions and supervisions
• Actively contributing to the development of therapy and group offerings
