We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician (m/w/d) specialized in neurological intensive care and early rehabilitation to join a well-established clinic. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Specialist care for patients with complex neurological conditions, including circulatory and respiratory disorders
• Development and implementation of ventilation strategies and expansion of monitoring procedures
• Application of intensive care techniques such as sonography, endoscopy, and non-invasive ventilation
• Supervision and mentoring of medical trainees
• Execution and interpretation of specialized diagnostic procedures

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified specialist in neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine, or anesthesiology with additional training in intensive care medicine
• Valid German medical license and specialist recognition
• Motivation to work in a dynamic interdisciplinary team and to contribute actively to the development of the department
