We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practice Manager (m/w/d) to join a well-established medical care center in the greater Munich area. This role offers a direct employment contract with our client, supported throughout the hiring process by our consultancy at no cost to you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of the primary care practice, ensuring efficient team coordination and patient flow management.
• Take responsibility for billing processes and serve as the main liaison between the practice and the central headquarters.
• Provide comprehensive medical care including consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients within the scope of general medicine.
• Utilize advanced digital tools and software solutions provided to enhance patient engagement and streamline practice management.
• Collaborate with centralized administrative teams handling personnel management and procurement to maintain smooth operational support.
