YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the primary care team, promoting a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
• Manage clinical duties including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of patients with general medical needs.
• Act as the key interface between the practice and headquarters, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
• Employ state-of-the-art digital health tools, including an advanced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and a patient engagement app, to optimize clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with centralized administrative units responsible for personnel management, procurement, and billing.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve care quality and operational efficiency.

• Accredited specialist qualification in General Medicine or Internal Medicine recognized in Germany.
