An esteemed clinic in the greater Dortmund region is seeking to hire a Clinical Lead in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (m/w/d) immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and the employer. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing three child and adolescent psychiatric wards with different specializations, along with a day clinic comprising a total of 46 treatment places and a large outpatient clinic
• Providing care across the full spectrum of child and adolescent psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders
• Offering integrative, patient-centered therapies based on psychodynamic understanding of developmental processes, including milieu therapy, behavioral therapy, family therapy, and systemic approaches
• Focusing especially on treating infants and toddlers together with their primary caregivers
• Ensuring full authorization for medical specialist training within the department
