YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Medical leadership and organizational oversight of the thoracic surgery section.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in thoracic surgery.
• Extensive surgical experience in both open and video-assisted thoracic procedures.
• Valid German medical license (Approbation) and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Proven experience in personnel management and organizational development.
• Strong social skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
