We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Medical Specialist (m/w/d) in Internal Medicine and Cardiology for a well-established rehabilitation clinic known for its excellent reputation. This position involves direct employment with our client. Our personnel consulting service supports you throughout the entire recruitment process free of charge, from initial contact to contract signing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a multidisciplinary medical team with a focus on internal medicine and cardiological rehabilitation
• Managing crisis situations and providing expert intervention when necessary
• Organizing and conducting training sessions and continuing education for medical staff
• Developing and implementing treatment concepts and quality assurance measures
