KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, fostering professional development.
• Participate actively in on-call rotations to ensure continuous patient care availability.
• Contribute to the clinic’s quality management initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid medical license (Approbation) and board certification (Facharzt) in Orthopedics.
• Proven experience in a senior orthopedic physician role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in orthopedics.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to patient-focused care and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Additional academic qualifications such as habilitation or venia legendi are advantageous but not mandatory.
