YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring high-quality, appropriate medical care for orthopedic patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Independent specialist treatment and comprehensive patient management
• Leadership, development, and motivation of the orthopedic department team
• Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with referring physicians and other healthcare facilities
• Managing administrative and clinical operational duties within the department
• Participation in specialist on-call services and background medical duties

YOUR PROFILE:

• Medical license and specialist certification in orthopedics
• Experience in rehabilitation medicine including social medical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills combined with an open and communicative leadership style
• High social competence, empathy, and reliability
