YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents with various developmental and neurological disorders in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate closely with inclusion services and other relevant interdisciplinary teams
• Independently manage and oversee an external branch 1-2 days per month, with access to a company car pool
• Deputize for the medical leadership
• Prospectively assume the role of medical director with authorization under § 119a SGB V

YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified pediatrician
• Additional qualifications in neuropediatrics and/or child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, EEG certification preferred
• Experience with botulinum toxin treatments, ideally managing a botox outpatient clinic serving over 200 children
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and social skills to support children with chronic illnesses and their families
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Ability to work structurally and lead a highly qualified, motivated team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with healthcare documentation software
