PHYSICIAN IN TRAINING (M/W/D) FOR INTERNAL MEDICINE IN THE ERFURT AREA

A well-established hospital in the Erfurt region is seeking an enthusiastic Physician in Training (m/w/d) specializing in Internal Medicine to join their team promptly. The employment contract will be directly with the hospital. Doc Personalberatung supports you throughout the entire application process until contract signing. YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold the German medical license (Approbation)
• You are currently in training to become a specialist in Internal Medicine
• You are motivated and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
• You possess strong social, interpersonal, and professional skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and coordinating daily ward activities, including patient rounds and medical documentation
• Participating in on-call duties (Rufbereitschaft) with an expected rotation every 4 to 6 weeks
• Collaborating closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Actively engaging in diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making
• Communicating with patients and their families about treatment plans and progress
