YOUR PROFILE

• Medical specialist qualification (m/w/d) in pediatrics with a focus on neuropediatrics or child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• Several years of experience in pediatric social medicine.
• Expertise in psychosomatic primary care and developmental neurology.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration with various pediatric specialties.
• High resilience, team spirit, and quality-oriented work ethic.
• Empathetic communication skills when working with families of children with developmental delays or disabilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and further develop a multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure continuous medical expertise within the center.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and initiate treatment for children with developmental challenges or disabilities, including accompanying counseling.
• Play a leading role in quality management.
• Represent the center publicly and foster cooperation with partner organizations.
