YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the perioperative and critical care departments
• Assume a key leadership role within the clinical management team for anesthesia and intensive care services
• Foster interdisciplinary cooperation with medical colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Oversee comprehensive perioperative and intensive care treatment plans
• Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior physicians and medical trainees
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment protocols and quality standards
• Participate in both front-line and background on-call duties related to anesthesia and intensive care

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed specialist training in anesthesiology
• Additional qualifications in intensive care medicine and emergency medicine are highly desirable
• Experience in emergency medical services and leadership roles within intensive care units is advantageous
• Strong social and communication skills
• Business acumen with the ability to optimize clinical processes
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and process enhancement
• Proactive, open-minded, and independent working style
• Mandatory proof of measles immunization in accordance with legal requirements
