A well-established social psychiatric center with an excellent reputation in the Osnabrück metropolitan area is seeking a Senior Psychiatric Specialist (m/w/d) to support the creation and expansion of a new location. This position is a permanent role with a direct employment relationship between you and our client. YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Recognition as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurology
• Extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders
• Creativity and dedication in patient care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Motivation to develop and expand modern care structures

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with psychiatric conditions
• Conducting individual therapies and, if interested, group therapies
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team including specialists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
