A well-regarded hospital in the Greater Cottbus region is seeking a Resident Physician (m/w/d) to join their team immediately. This position involves a direct employment contract between you and our client. YOUR PROFILE:

• Medical license (Approbation) issued in Germany
• Proficiency in German language at minimum C1 level
• Strong commitment and enthusiasm for working with patients experiencing psychosomatic and psychological conditions, including children, adolescents, and families
• Collaborative mindset and openness to advancements in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional and personal development

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, conducting, evaluating, and documenting diagnostic assessments, therapeutic interventions, and patient progress within an inpatient setting
• Leading individual and group therapies as a primary therapist under qualified supervision
• Providing counseling to patients and their relatives, cooperating with authorities, complementary institutions, and multiprofessional teams
• Contributing to the further development of therapeutic concepts and treatment approaches
• Participating in on-call duties and team meetings
