YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading the innovation and optimization of clinical processes
• Driving strategic development and growth of the psychiatric department
• Representing the clinic professionally in clinical, organizational, and academic matters
• Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across medical specialties
• Supervising and mentoring assistant physicians and medical students from the Medical University of Brandenburg

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Extensive leadership experience with a commitment to high-quality patient care across the full spectrum of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services
• Inclusive and appreciative leadership style
• Strong interdisciplinary mindset and collaborative approach
• Experience working with somatic medicine or additional qualifications such as pain psychotherapy or neurology are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, engagement, assertiveness, and organizational competence
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or recovery status
