Lead Senior Physician – Internal Medicine with Oncology Focus (m/w/d)

LEAD SENIOR PHYSICIAN – INTERNAL MEDICINE WITH ONCOLOGY FOCUS IN A RENOWNED REHABILITATION CLINIC

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take on the leadership role overseeing the Internal Medicine department with a specialization in Oncology and Hematology.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior physicians and medical staff in training.
• Deliver comprehensive medical and social-medical care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Perform and interpret advanced internal diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to ECG, long-term ECG, ultrasound, echocardiography, and spiroergometry.
• Drive the strategic development and continuous improvement of the department’s clinical and operational protocols, incorporating innovative treatment approaches.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine with a focus on Oncology, Hematology, or related specialties such as Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, or Urology.
• Valid German medical license (Approbation) or successful completion of the specialist language examination, along with German language proficiency at C1 level or higher for international applicants.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Commitment to actively shaping and enhancing medical treatment concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, teamwork, and effective communication.
• High sense of responsibility, dedication, and adaptability.
