• Providing expert psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care to children and adolescents in inpatient, partial inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Leading and mentoring assistant physicians (m/w/d)
• Independently conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in individual and group therapy formats
• Ensuring continuity and quality of treatment processes
• Collaborating closely with regional services supporting individuals with mental health challenges
