YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the child and adolescent psychiatric department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Oversee both inpatient and outpatient services, managing multidisciplinary teams with a focus on clinical excellence and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor medical and allied health staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning through supervision, training, and professional development.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the Center for Mental Health to integrate services and optimize patient outcomes.
• Represent the department in internal and external forums, including liaising with healthcare partners and regulatory bodies.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven track record of several years in a senior clinical leadership role within child and adolescent mental health.
• Deep expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Empathetic approach towards patients and their families, valuing patient-centered care.
• Valid immunization records as required by German law, including COVID-19 and measles vaccinations.
