We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Lead for Women's Health and Maternity services at a well-established hospital in Zwiesel. This leadership role offers a direct employment contract with the hospital, supported throughout the hiring process by our consulting team free of charge.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed specialist training in obstetrics and gynecology
• Proven expertise in independently performing standard gynecological surgeries
• Experience in managing patient care in gynecology and overseeing maternity services
• Several years of clinical experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong commitment, proactive attitude, and readiness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Strategic and economic thinking abilities to support departmental management
• Excellent teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the clinical team in the gynecology and maternity department
• Ensure high-quality patient care standards and continuous improvement processes
• Oversee surgical case management and optimize operational workflows
• Manage staff scheduling, on-call rotations, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with hospital management on budgeting and departmental development
• Promote training and mentoring of junior medical staff
• Implement and monitor quality management systems to maintain compliance and patient safety
