This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Senior CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d)!
As our new Senior CRM Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that acquire, engage, and retain customers. In this role, you will drive strategy while ensuring seamless execution across markets and channels.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement the overall CRM communication strategy, ensuring integration with overarching C&A campaigns, newsletters, and onsite communication
- Translate consumer engagement targets into a comprehensive multichannel campaign calendar together with marketing stakeholders and analytics
- Orchestrate campaign planning and implementation across marketing channels, sales channels, countries, and CRM platforms
- Brief and co-create content with digital content and design teams to optimize the customer journey and deliver relevant, engaging communication
- Set clear campaign objectives, monitor performance, and generate insights to inform future activities
- Build and scale a test-and-learn framework with analytics to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality and efficient campaign execution
- Work in a cross-functional environment and act as a bridge between CRM and marketing, aligning priorities across teams and stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong track record in strategic CRM campaign management, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce across multiple markets
- Proven ability to define contact strategies and translate business goals into impactful CRM campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys or similar tools), with a focus on strategic application
- Expertise in building multichannel campaign calendars and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
- Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
