The Digital Analytics Working Student will assist in tracking and analyzing our CA Webshop and App data. This role supports the eCommerce analytics team by providing insights into customer behavior, support in optimizing our tracking systems, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports in generating insights concerning customer user journey.
• Assists in identifying new tracking opportunities or issues with current systems
• Contributes to ad hoc analyses and periodic performance reviews to uncover actionable insights for various departments.
• Helps monitor and interpret key eCommerce performance indicators for the Marketing and Product team
• Supports by maintaining and enhancing dashboards and standardized reports with analytics tools

WHAT YOU BRING

• Foundational understanding of digital analytics principles with a strong desire to expand technical and analytical skills.
• With knowledge of SQL and Python, you will support our Digital Analytics team in project implementations and gain valuable insights into working with the latest digital marketing technologies.
• Well-organized, with strong time management skills and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Some prior basic knowledge of GA is a plus
• Currently enrolled in university in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, Marketing & Digital Analytics or a related field.
• Good presentation, visualization and storytelling skills enabling effective translation of technical findings into strategic recommendations
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken, round off your profile
