As a working student you will support our activities with the aim of providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day business tasks
• Invoicing for our platform activities
• Creating gift cards for customer requests from the retail sector
• Handle process complaints with a customer centric focus
• Supporting our project work and contribute your ideas to the continuous process improvement of the daily business

WHAT YOU BRING

• Studying in the field of business administration, marketing, e-commerce or similar
• Affinity with e-commerce processes, personal experience and enjoyment of online shopping
• Interested in the area of customer service
• Working independently and on your own responsibility, you are curious and enjoy finding the best solution for our customers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
• Fully proficient in German and good English skills
