As a working student you will support our activities with the aim of providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day business tasks
- Invoicing for our platform activities
- Creating gift cards for customer requests from the retail sector
- Handle process complaints with a customer centric focus
- Supporting our project work and contribute your ideas to the continuous process improvement of the daily business
WHAT YOU BRING
- Studying in the field of business administration, marketing, e-commerce or similar
- Affinity with e-commerce processes, personal experience and enjoyment of online shopping
- Interested in the area of customer service
- Working independently and on your own responsibility, you are curious and enjoy finding the best solution for our customers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Fully proficient in German and good English skills
