Get more new users to activate. Get more users to come back.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Own the CRM roadmap and its KPIs
• Build onboarding, activation and retention journeys in Braze
• Raise push opt in rates together with Product and Design
• Help Editorial reach the right audience for every story
• Run experiments in Braze and inside the apps, and decide what ships
• Use Braze AI features, and build your own AI tools where Braze stops

DEIN PROFIL

• 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle for B2C apps, 3+ on native iOS and Android
• Hands on Braze expertise: Canvas, Liquid and Connected Content as daily basics, plus BrazeAI tools such as Operator, agents and Decisioning Studio
• Proven wins in opt in, activation or retention, with numbers
• Solid experimentation skills; comfortable pulling and analysing your own data
• Product craft: clear requirements, a prioritised backlog, close work with tech
• You already build things with AI, not just use them
• Fluent English; German is a plus
