Oracle HCM Lead / Core HR Consultant (Freelance)

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Lead / Core HR Consultant.

The role is part of a specialized expert pool supporting an international client with productive Oracle HCM topics on a flexible, on-demand basis. The focus is on issue analysis, configuration, smaller enhancements, and functional coordination of support requests.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

TASKS

• Support in a productive Oracle HCM environment with a focus on Core HR
• Functional issue analysis and incident resolution
• Configuration and implementation of smaller changes and new features
• Root cause analysis for more complex issues
• Support with Oracle Service Requests
• Assessment of impacts from Oracle quarterly releases
• Support with testing and regression testing
• Functional triage and routing of topics to other Oracle specialists

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR
• Experience in productive application support
• Hands-on experience with bug fixing and root cause analysis
• Experience with Oracle HCM configuration and enhancements
• Experience with quarterly releases and testing
• Confident communication with business and IT stakeholders
• Very good English skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle Help Desk
• Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules
• Experience with Oracle SRs
• Previous experience as HCM Lead or Service Lead
