Customer Care & Claims Agent Netherlands (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS ARE WAITING FOR YOU

• You're the first point of contact for our customers and partners in the Netherlands. You take calls and emails, log them properly, and like to sort things out right on the first contact.
• You take on new claims cases yourself and keep an eye on them proactively, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Being reachable and hitting our service levels isn't down to luck for you, it's the result of how independently and responsibly you work.
• You make sure our customers and partners can always understand how and why we make our decisions.
• Our CRM (Hubspot) and our self-built contract management system are in good hands with you, you use and maintain both actively.
• Together with our Operations team, you keep fine-tuning our processes so things run more smoothly for customers, partners, and us internally.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Dutch is your mother tongue and you're fluent in English. German is a nice bonus, but not a must.
• You bring experience in customer service, customer care, or a service center, and ideally you've already spent some time in the insurance industry.
• Customer focus, decisiveness, and assertiveness aren't foreign concepts to you, and you communicate really well.
• You're simply a friendly, open person who enjoys talking, writing, and chatting with customers.
• Nice to have: you've already worked in a B2B environment, you're interested in our products, you're tech-savvy, and you use AI tools naturally to work more efficiently.
