As a Flexible Allrounder (m/f/d) – Retail, Warehouse & Office Support, you will usually work from our Rostock office and support our Store Operations or Warehouse Teams. Whenever additional help is needed in one of our stores, you will travel to the respective location and provide hands-on support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining office work, retail and regular travel.

Key Facts at a Glance

• Location: Rostock office and Gusti Leder stores
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Salary: Up to €3,000 gross per month
• Travel assignments: Required, usually 1–3 days and no longer than 7 days
• Travel costs: Transportation, accommodation and approved expenses are covered

Your role

🤝 Be a Helping Hand in Our Stores

When one of our stores urgently needs additional support, you will travel to the respective location and assist the local team.

Before your first assignment, our Store Manager will personally guide you through all key store processes. You will receive the training and support you need to feel confident and well prepared.

Your tasks in the stores may include:

• Advising customers and supporting sales
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions
• Ensuring an attractive product presentation
• Supporting daily store operations
• Maintaining our service and store standards
• Acting as temporary operational support when a team member is absent

Perfect for you if you enjoy spontaneous travel, new places and a varied working week!

👥 Support our Rostock Office

When you are not travelling, you will support our Store Operations Team in the Rostock office.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting daily administrative and organisational work
• Communicating with our Store Managers
• Coordinating store-related tasks and processes
• Taking responsibility for selected projects

You will receive full onboarding for your office tasks.

💪 Support Our Warehouse Team in Rosówek

Get hands-on and help our logistics team with:

• Incoming and outgoing goods
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Inventory checks and stock management

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

• Fluent English for daily communication
• Flexibility and travel readiness for mandatory assignments
• A customer-focused mindset and enjoyment of working with people
• Reliability and independence in changing work environments
• Quick adaptability to different tasks, teams and locations
• Experience in retail, warehousing or office administration—and German, Polish or Dutch skills—are an advantage, but not required
