Your Role - Build Partnerships, Drive Growth

• Take ownership of building, developing, and expanding our network of strategic partners and multipliers within banks and financial institutions
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and corporate coverage officers
• Drive growth across key partnership channels by identifying, developing and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Lead and support the partner referral process, ensuring seamless collaboration between bank partners and internal sales, client success and capital markets teams to maximize conversion and client satisfaction
• Educate, inspire and activate our partner network to increase awareness of CRX products and services and commercial success
• Act as the primary relationship owner for referral partners within banks, ensuring a high level of engagement, satisfaction, and long-term strategic collaboration
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the partnership ecosystem, including maintaining accurate partner data, referral pipelines, and reporting within the CRM system (HubSpot), while driving process improvements and operational excellence
• Deliver exceptional and proactive client service while representing CRX professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech Partnership or a similar environment
• Strong network and proven relationship management experience within banks, financial institutions, or other strategic partners
• Energetic and commercially driven personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, confident in challenging the status quo with innovative ideas
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus
