Sales Assistant (m/f/d) - C2 English Speaking

PL Coding GmbH produces instructional video content on app development. We provide structured video tutorials, courses and trainings following established formats and a regular release schedule.

TASKS

• Phone pre-qualification: Your goal is to call our international leads and systematically determine who would be a good fit for collaboration. For suitable contacts, you'll schedule a follow-up appointment for our sales team.
• Data maintenance: Use our CRM system and keep customer information up to date.
• Relationship management: Maintain customer relationships through regular communication as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English at C2 level / native
• Time flexibility: Working hours may vary.
• Strong communication skills: You know how to ask the right questions and listen well to others.
• Technical interest: You'll be qualifying prospects for programming courses, so a basic interest in technology is required.
• Willingness to learn: You're open to learning new things.
