Working Student Human Resources (m/f/d)

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide. Evident Europe, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, employs approximately 770 people in 16 countries. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas.

We are looking for a proactive Working Student to support our HR team in Hamburg. You will provide administrative support and contribute to both local and global HR projecs, gaining practical experience in an international environment.

TASKS

Your responsibilities

• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support the implementation of global HR projects.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, data and project materials.
• Coordinate information and follow up on project activities.
• Work with HR colleagues and stakeholders across different countries.
• Support improvements and more efficient ways of working.

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile

• Currently enrolled at a university and available for up to 20 hours per week.
• Fluent German is required.
• Good English is an advantage, particularly for working in an international project.
• Proactive, reliable and well-organized.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Interest in HR and international projects.
• Interest in AI and modern ways of working is highly welcomed.
• Available to work fully on-site in our Hamburg office.
