Honda Bank GmbH (Honda Financial Services) as part of Honda Motor Europe Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is located in Frankfurt/ Main. Since 2007 we also offer financial services for automobiles and motorcycles in Spain. Currently approx. 80 associates in Frankfurt/ Main and approx. 55 associates in Barcelona/ Spain take care of the steadily growing number of financed vehicles and leasing contracts.

AUFGABEN

• Responsibility and management of cooperation markets overall
• Collaborate very closely with Honda Motor Europe divisions
• Manage relationships with partner finance companies/ Honda Motor Europe branches at the highest standards
• Steering and managing sales and gross income target achievement
• Identify new business opportunities and increase gross income to Honda
• Lead tender negotiations with partner banks, insurance and other companies
• Protect the reputation of the brand Honda Financial Services
• Comply with all compliance and legal regulations
• Responsibility for implementation and control of jurisdictional regulatory changes, which belong to the areas of Marketing and Communications, and changes required for Honda Bank finance companies contracts
• Manage Cooperation Markets budgeting process and budget input
• Forecast business and budget parameters
• Development and control of marketing plans
• Assess and conduct market and data analytics/ benchmarking/ mystery shopping
• Steer communications and public affairs with finance companies and Honda Motor Europe branches
• Steering and managing of entire customer relationship management (CRM)
• Actively monitor and run actual versus plan comparisons (PDCA)
• Prepare input for sales and marketing strategies, and develop strategies within the Honda Motor framework
• Establish effective sales reporting and monitoring
• Report to senior management and proactively communicate own market and customer insight assessments with senior management

QUALIFIKATION

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services business
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent degree of enthusiasm and drive
• Strong communication at Senior Management level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical knowledge of retail finance and insurance and/ or marketing
• Powerful negotiation skills
• IT skills (MS Office)
• German and English (Proficiency level)
• Spanish (preferably)
• Language skills of another European country (preferably)
• Willingness to travel within Europe
