Junior YouTube Channel Manager (m/f/d) - Full time

As a Junior YouTube Channel Manager at Quintus Studios, you'll help manage and grow our YouTube channels while developing your skills in content operations, audience growth, and channel strategy alongside an experienced team. Working closely with our acquisition and production teams, you'll help with the publishing process, optimize channel performance, and develop your skills in audience growth, content strategy, and platform management. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about YouTube and digital media who wants to build a career in content management.

TASKS

• Support the management and optimization of our existing YouTube channels.
• Assist with launching new channel concepts and formats.
• Help prepare videos for publishing, uploading content, writing titles and descriptions, creating thumbnails and simple edits.
• Monitor channel performance and contribute ideas for optimisation.

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

• A strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital content.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube Studio and the YouTube platform (personal projects or internships are a plus).
• Familiarity with simple video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• A creative eye for thumbnails and content presentation.
• Analytical thinking and curiosity about what makes content perform well.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the role.
