At our Korbach location, we are looking for Team Coordinators to support our warehouse!

TASKS

• You ensure efficient and timely shipping processing
• Beyond coordination, you motivate your team of warehouse staff to drive peak performance
• You provide key metrics to the shift supervisor, which are essential for reporting to management and customers
• You take on and oversee the onboarding of new colleagues
• You ensure order and cleanliness at workstations, in the warehouse facility, and in the warehouse hall, as well as compliance with performance and quality standards
• You support process improvement efforts by contributing your own ideas and suggestions for optimizing warehouse operations
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and quality standards, as well as the proper execution of regular inventories

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed vocational training (e.g., Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Fachlagerist) – ideally in the logistics field
• Initial professional and leadership experience in a similar position, ideally in tire logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Assertiveness along with a high degree of responsibility, initiative, and drive
• Experience with MS Office, warehouse management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
• Forklift license
