At LIFTED, we're making strength training simple, effective, and welcoming for everyone - regardless of experience.


Our 45-minute, coach-led group workouts combine smart technology with hands-on coaching. While our digital system guides members through six strength stations focused on fundamental compound movements and displays personalized training weights, our trainers can focus on what matters most: teaching proper technique, building confidence, providing individual feedback, and creating an exceptional experience for every the group and every participant.


With five studios across Berlin - and more on the way - we're looking for passionate coaches to join our growing team.

AUFGABEN

  • Lead coach-led 45-minute strength workouts for groups of up to 30 participants, focusing on fundamental compound movements and progressive overload.
  • Actively coach and correct technique throughout the session to ensure members train safely and effectively.
  • Inspire and support both first-time lifters and experienced members, meeting each person where they are.
  • Create an inclusive, positive environment where every member feels welcome, supported, and empowered to improve.
  • Represent the LIFTED community and help members build long-term consistency—not just complete another workout.

QUALIFIKATION

  • You’re passionate about strength training and genuinely enjoy helping people grow.
  • You have experience coaching strength training or group fitness classes.
  • You’re energetic, approachable, and confident leading a room full of people.
  • You create an environment where every participant feels welcome, supported, and seen.
  • You care about movement quality and prioritize technique and safety.
  • You speak fluent English - our classes are coached in English.
