Technical Inbound / Consultative Seller (openBIM · Microsoft)

Flinker brings openBIM natively into Microsoft. IFC Viewer and Power BI, running 100 % inside the customer's own Microsoft tenant. We are a small, mission-driven team digitising the construction and real estate world with data. Our customers are asset owners, construction firms, large engineering practices and public building authorities. You are the first voice they hear.

AUFGABEN

• Take in enquiries, qualify them and keep them clean in the CRM
• Run first calls, understand the real need, answer the common BIM and Microsoft questions credibly
• Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly, set up meetings, keep the pipeline honest, hold trust through the funnel
• Hand deep or technical cases to our Solution Consultant
• In quieter phases, reactivate your own industry network

QUALIFIKATION

• A working understanding of AEC and BIM (IFC, openBIM standards) and the Microsoft 365 context
• Your own industry network (construction, engineering practices, asset owners, public authorities) that you can reactivate
• Consultative, credible, thorough, calm, long-term. Not a pure phone SDR
• Fluent in English
• Self-directed and genuinely able to work remote
