therapie1 is building the modern physiotherapy chain in Germany. We connect top-tier therapists with patients who are tired of waiting weeks for an appointment, and we're scaling fast.

This isn't a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You'll work directly with Tobi, our CEO and founder, on the things that actually move the company forward: opening new locations, building the team, and making sure operations don't fall apart while we grow.

AUFGABEN

Turn strategic thinking into structured execution across multiple workstreams at once

• Build a growth engine to win new customers at scale and at reasonable costs
• Build a love brand that both customers and employees love to engage with
• Support the expansion into new locations: market research, location analysis, and preparing decision-ready materials, etc.
• Help build and improve internal processes so the team can scale without chaos
• Own parts of the hiring process: sourcing candidates, interviews, keeping the pipeline moving, etc.
• Work directly with the founder on whatever is most critical that week, from hiring to investor reporting
• Work directly with the investors and business angels

QUALIFIKATION

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated, field is less important than mindset
• You want ownership, not tasks to tick off
• You can think clearly and move fast, even when the brief is incomplete
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure it rather than wait for someone to do it for you
• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
• First experience in a startup, consulting, or fast-paced environment is a plus
