We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our Flutter app and drive its technical evolution.

• Location: you’re excited to work either from one of our offices (Berlin Mitte, London, Cologne) or fully remote - whatever suits you best.
• Experience: you have at least 8 years of relevant experience and feel confident in your role.
• Mobile expertise and full-stack approach: you have hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile apps (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), understand the specific challenges of mobile development, and you want to build full-stack using agentic engineering.
• Startup mindset: you enjoy working in a growing team and dynamic environment – and ideally, you’ve already gained experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting and like building things from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - YOUR PLAYING FIELD

• Feature development in our Flutter mobile app and across our stack with AI
• Senior enough to work autonomously in a product squad and contribute significantly to the quality of our code
• Code reviews and maintaining code quality standards across the mobile codebase
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Performance optimization and stability of the mobile app
• Contributing to mobile architecture decisions
• Mentoring of Junior engineers
• Improving CI/CD pipeline for mobile releases

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We're not looking for a perfect CV. But you should recognise yourself in these points.

• AI-First Development: You use AI not as an add-on, but as an integral part of a modern development workflow.
• Flutter Expertise: You have strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter and develop high-performance, high-quality mobile applications.
• Architecture & Code Quality: SOLID principles, clean structures and sustainable code quality are second nature to you.
• Mobile UX: You understand how good mobile products work – from UI/UX principles to proven design patterns.
• Quality Mindset: You work in a test-driven and quality-oriented manner and are familiar with common testing methods in software development.
• Collaboration: You impress with a positive, proactive approach and actively contribute to strong team dynamics.

BONUS

Not a must - but this'll definitely earn you extra points.

• Full-stack thinking: Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of back-end and DevOps.
• Platform expertise: Experience in native Android/iOS development is a strong plus.
• Firebase stack: You have practical experience with Firebase as a building block of modern mobile architectures.
• Product Analytics: You use tools such as Amplitude and Braze to understand user behaviour and specifically increase engagement.
