About us

Overfly is a Berlin-based Partner for Applied AI. We're a team of engineers, product builders and strategists who help enterprises find high-impact AI use cases, then design and build them to production.

TASKS

What you'll be doing

• Leading projects from initial concept through to production-ready apps.
• Choosing and evaluating the best tech stack and tools for each project.
• Building front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript (React, Node, Tailwind).
• Integrating AI solutions using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI.
• Setting up analytics and event-tracking (e.g., Mixpanel, PostHog).
• Validating technologies through practical, real-world testing.
• Collaborating closely with designers, researchers, and users to build truly useful products.
• Communicating directly with clients, asking insightful questions and clarifying goals.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, TypeScript).
• Experience taking the technical lead on at least one major project.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy turning ideas into working products.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Big Bonus: previous experience or side projects involving AI.

Our current tools include:

• TypeScript (React, Node), Tailwind CSS, Next.JS, Vite, React, React Router
• AI frameworks and APIs (LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI)
• Analytics tools like Mixpanel and PostHog
• Databases like Supabase, Postgresql, Azure Cosmos DB
• Deployment platforms (Vercel, Google Cloud)
