Barista - fast growing retail health food & coffee brand (m/w/d)

Studio Natura is a premium health deli chain from Berlin - offering smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, coffee and natural foods (sandwiches & bowls) - all free of refined sugars. We are on a misson to make healthy foods more accesible and convient.

The position as Barista in one of our cafés is a challenging and exciting role. It requires a hands-on, inspiring and creative person with an eye for detail and a love of coffee. Baristas are part of the beating heart of Studio Natura. The ideal candidate for this role likes to work with coffee and in a team to provide a outstanding experience for our guests.

TASKS

• Brew our outstanding coffee while following our set Studio Natura recipes: the coffee experience that we are able to provide should be a hallmark for everyone
• Collect and manage orders with an impeccable customer approach
• Provide table service if necessary, always acting like an impeccable host
• Clean and maintain our machines, store, etc., making hygiene a priority in your daily work
• You represent the company values in front of customers
• Constantly provide feedback to the management to communicate relevant insights about our daily operation

REQUIREMENTS

• You are friendly, committed, punctual and enjoy working in a team.
• You can work flexibly (we coordinate all shifts with you, at least 4 weeks in advance).
• You already have a passion for coffee.
• Fluent German & good English skills.
