IT Support (w/m/d)

TASKS

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows and Mac desktop computers.
• Perform basic laptop repairs.
• Assist with Windows Server setup and management.
• Configure and maintain WLAN networks.
• Handle basic cabling setups.
• Troubleshoot networking issues.
• Perform hardware IT setups, including PCs and peripherals.
• Set up email accounts.
• Understand DNS and domain configuration.
• Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

What We Expect from You

• Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• A strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of networking and server management.
• Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
