We're a next-gen payment service provider building the next generation of financial infrastructure for businesses, using regulated stablecoins to enable faster, safer and efficient global payments. Our team combines experience from PIMCO, Citi, and HSBC, with backgrounds in trading, finance, and technology. We're backed by leading venture capital investors and growing fast. You will join a small, experienced team that values ownership, execution and high standards.
You will work directly with the founders across three core areas: brand and go-to-market execution, fundraising, and business operations. You will have visibility across the full business from day one and are expected to contribute, not just observe.
On the product and brand side, you will help shape how the company looks, feels, and launches: from UI refinement and landing pages to marketing assets and GTM experiments. On the fundraising side, you will support our next round directly, from pitch deck to investor meetings. And across the business, you will help keep workstreams moving, interface with external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decisions.

AUFGABEN
Brand, UI & Go-to-Market
- Support the development of our brand identity and visual direction
- Improve and polish UI flows using Claude Code or similar tools
- Build and iterate landing pages in Webflow, Framer or comparable tools
- Create marketing and launch assets including one-pagers, LinkedIn visuals, and pitch materials
- Use AI tools to accelerate content and creative production
- Support early go-to-market experiments, testing and execution
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Support active fundraising efforts including pitch deck development, investor materials, and data room preparation
- Assist in preparing for and following up on investor meetings and due diligence requests
- Help maintain and develop investor-facing positioning and communications
Strategy & Operations
- Contribute to strategic decisions by preparing analysis, market research, and structured recommendations
- Interface with external stakeholders including legal, compliance, and regulatory counterparts
- Help coordinate across internal workstreams, keeping projects on track and founders unblocked
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the founding team where needed
QUALIFIKATION
- Strong interest in branding, product, and startups
- Good design intuition and an eye for clean, modern UI
- Basic understanding of SEO and how to optimize landing pages and content for search performance
- Hands-on mentality and execution speed
- Comfortable using tools like Figma, Webflow/Framer, Canva and AI tools
- You know how to use AI effectively through smart prompting to solve problems efficiently and accelerate your work, including hands-on experience with Claude Code
- Structured, reliable, proactive, and with a high degree of integrity
- High degree of ownership: You take full responsibility for your work, follow through without being managed, and care about outcomes, not just outputs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure your own work without waiting for direction
- Previous experience in VC, management consulting, investment banking, or other fast-paced, high-performance environments is a plus, but not required
