baesh is a Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events, communities, and shared interests.

As a Content & Media Intern, you'll work in a startup environment, develop valuable skills in content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling, and take ownership of projects that drive real engagement and growth.

📌 This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.

📌 The position is unpaid, but offers real startup experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.

📌 Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote, some in-person meetings/events).

📌 Start Date: As required by the university

📌 Duration: As required by the university, usually 3-6 months.

TASKS

Content Creation

• Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin
• Be part of talking-head videos and voiceovers
• Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen-Z (female-first)

Social Media Management

• Upload and schedule regular content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Engage with community via comments, replies, and DMs
• Track what works and suggest new ideas to grow our following

Creative Support

• Write short texts (EN/DE) for social media, emails, and announcements
• Help with occasional copy for website, platform updates, or promo materials

💡 Minimal experience is totally fine - just bring your creativity and willingness to learn!

📚 It's an internship - we'll be training you and be supporting with all the tasks, so that you leave with lots of experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Berlin-based: You'll be capturing the culture, the vibes, and the events that matter.
• Eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable being on camera (e.g. recording some talking head videos)
• Basic smartphone photography/video skills (iPhone sufficient)
• Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and open to trying new things
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
